Introducing the New Shikellamy Helpdesk

The new Helpdesk provides one central location to:

• Submit a support ticket for technology and other support needs
• Track the status of your existing requests
• Communicate with the technology team directly through your tickets
• Keep all information about a support request organized in one place

When you need assistance, simply visit support.shikbraves.org via Staff Bookmarks, and select Submit Ticket.

Log in by clicking the "Google Apps" Icon and selecting to log in with your google account.

Provide as much information as possible about the issue or request, including any relevant details, error messages, device information, or screenshots.

Once your ticket is submitted, you will be able to follow its progress and communicate with our support team through the Helpdesk.

The new system will help us better organize support requests, ensure that issues are directed to the appropriate staff, and provide better visibility into the status of requests.

It also gives our support team the information they need to respond more efficiently and helps us ensure that requests don't get lost in email inboxes or other communication channels.

If you have a support request, please use the new Helpdesk rather than sending a separate email whenever possible.
