Create Your Registration Account

Before enrolling your child, you must first create a Registration Account.

Please Note: A Registration Account is not the same as an existing Sapphire Parent Community Web Portal (CWP) account.

Getting Started

1. Click the "Create Registration Account" button.
2. Complete the required parent/guardian information.
3. This account will be used for registering your student(s) now and for any future enrollments.
4. You will receive a confirmation email after creating your account. If you do not see the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
5. Open the confirmation email and click the verification link to activate your account before continuing with the online registration process.

Complete Your Online Registration

Once your Registration Account has been activated:

1. Click the "Registration" button.
2. Log in using the email address and password associated with your Registration Account.
3. Select the appropriate "Create" tab to begin a new student registration.
4. Complete each section of the online application by entering the requested student and parent/guardian information.
5. Review your information carefully before selecting "Submit."

After submitting your application, you will receive an automated email confirming that your registration has been successfully submitted.

Once all required information and documentation have been reviewed and approved, you will receive a second email confirming that your student's registration has been approved.

After approval, your child's building principal will contact you regarding your student's start date. You may also be contacted by the Transportation Department with bus route information, if applicable.

Need to Finish Later?

You may save your progress and return to your registration application at any time before submitting it by logging back into your Registration Account.

Please Note: Once your application has been submitted, you will no longer be able to make changes to the registration. If updates are needed after submission, please contact the District Office for assistance.

Required Registration Documents

To complete your child's enrollment, you will be asked to upload the required documents during the online registration process.

If you are unable to upload documents, you may deliver copies to the Island Park Administration Center. Please note that all required documentation must be received before your child's registration can be approved.

Proof of Age

Please provide one of the following:

• Official birth certificate (copies are accepted)
• Other official proof of age

Immunization Records

Please provide your child's current immunization record.

A copy may be obtained from:

• Your child's physician
• Geisinger MyChart
• Evangelical FollowMyHealth
• Other healthcare provider patient portals

Proof of Residency

Families must provide documentation showing residency within the Shikellamy School District.

Homeowners

• Current deed, or
• Mortgage statement dated within the last three (3) months

Renters

• Current lease agreement, or
• Notarized affidavit from the homeowner verifying residency within the district

In addition, provide one of the following documents dated within the last three (3) months:

• Utility bill
• Internet bill
• Bank statement
• Credit card statement
• Tax bill
• Insurance document
• Official mail from a federal government agency (such as voter registration, tax documents, or benefits information)

Custody Documentation (If Applicable)

If applicable, please provide the most current court-issued custody agreement bearing the official court seal.

Kindergarten Immunization Requirements

Students entering Kindergarten must have completed the following immunizations before the first day of school:

• Three (3) doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
• Four (4) doses of Polio vaccine, with the fourth dose administered on or after the child's fourth birthday
• Two (2) doses of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccine
• Four (4) doses of Tetanus and Diphtheria vaccine, including one dose administered on or after the child's fourth birthday
• Two (2) doses of Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccine

If you have questions regarding immunization requirements or acceptable registration documents, please contact the District Office before submitting your registration.
